A QR (Quick Response) code stores data as a square grid of black and white modules. Your text is first converted to bits, error-correction data is added using Reed-Solomon coding so the code still scans even if part of it is damaged or obscured, and the result is laid out into the grid along with fixed finder patterns (the three squares in the corners) that let a scanner detect the code's orientation instantly. This tool builds that matrix from scratch with a from-scratch encoder running entirely in your browser — no external QR library, no server round-trip — and renders it as SVG.

To use it: type or paste any text or URL into the box — the code regenerates on every keystroke. For example, typing https://wikisolutions.xyz produces a scannable code any phone camera can read and open directly. Once you have a code you want to keep, download it as SVG (a crisp vector, ideal for printing at any size without blur) or PNG (a fixed 512×512px raster, convenient for pasting into a chat or document). This generator supports a fixed, smaller QR version, so keep input to roughly 42 characters or fewer — a shortened URL works well for longer destinations.
